We do not take any type of reservations. The bar is first come first serve. For large groups wanting to ensure seating, we recommend calling to find out what days/times are best. If you're hoping to host an event at GH, please contact us.

At this time we do not allow photographers to use our space to conduct mini sessions and/or full sessions. We don't want to discourage anyone from taking photos while in our space, snap away! We've worked extremely hard to make it a place that is not only beautiful, but warm and inviting. We want every guest to experience this freely. Our decision at this point is primarily focused on every guest's experience, and we don't want to interrupt that experience.

Because we serve food, we can not allow pets of any kind inside The Greenhouse. Service animals who are trained to perform a specific task are allowed.

We do not insure the life of the plants. Once they leave our hands we cannot be sure that the proper caring of the plant is maintained. Once a plant arrives home, it's solely up to the new plant owner to research the needs of their new plant baby to keep them healthy and happy.

Plants: We do not offer refunds/exchanges for plants as we cannot insure that the plant was properly maintained while not in our care.
Merchandise: We do offer refunds/exchanges for any merchandise within 7 days of purchase and in unworn, clean, undamaged conditions only. Please be aware, we DO NOT allow refunds or exchangeson hats . Please email lauren@thegreenhousebar.com with purchase details to begin refund/exchange process. If exchanging, We cannot guarantee the desired merchandised item will be in stock, but we will try our best to offer a comparable.
Classes/Workshops: All ticketed classes & workshops hosted in-house are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled on behalf of The Greenhouse, a gift card for the ticket amount will be issued for clients to use towards a future class or anything in the store.

Here you'll find our in-house merch, thoughtfully chosen plant accessories, and a curated selection of the live plants you already know & love from us, as well home goods shipped straight to your door.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.Not always! Some items are exclusive to our shop, while others are only available in-store. We also release limited collections throughout the year.

Absolutely. We're constantly designing new merchandise and sourcing new plants, pots, and plant care products. Check back often!

Our plants are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our greenhouse to ensure they arrive to you happy and healthy. This means that sometimes we might delay shipping due to excessively cold weather or other extenuating circumstances to make sure that your plant arrives to you in the best possible condition!

Every plant is unique. While we do our best to match the photos, natural variations in size, shape, and color are part of what makes plants special.

Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging, and we'll work with you to make it right.

You can find basic care instructions in the description of all the plants on our site. We also share plenty of plant care tips on our social media

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your plant or item has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Yes! All of our apparel and accessories as well as some of our gifts are designed in-house and are exclusive to Greenhouse. Other items & trinkets are thoughtfully curated by us to feature other producers and makers that we think are great.

Boxes will be available for pickup each month as soon as you receive your email newsletter and must be picked up by the end of the month. Exact dates for each box will be provided in your monthly newsletter, so make sure to check your newsletter each month for more info!
To pick up your box just come visit us at The Greenhouse Bar and give the barista your name and ID!

Yes! You can purchase a single months box. If you’d like just the box for a specific sign, you may purchase a single box in store at The Greenhouse during that season. Keep in mind that quantities for single boxes are limited, and may run out.

You may cancel your Wine Club Subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will apply to future shipments only. Any charges that have already been processed are non-refundable, and those wines will still be available for pickup.

Yes! As long as they are able to pickup their wine subscription boxes. Just make sure you input their name, birthday and email in the form when you checkout so that they receive all their emails, newsletters and goodies!

Due to supply, specific signs boxes are only available during their zodiac season. Boxes must be purchased by the first of the month during that signs season. The cutoff dates for specific boxes are as follows:
Aries: April 1st
Taurus: May 1st
Gemini: June 1st
Cancer: July 1st
Leo: August 1st
Virgo: Sept 1st
Libra: October 1st
Scorpio: November 1st
Sagittarius: December 1st
Capricorn: January 1st
