Sea bass, in a coriander, lime and white wine jus, with water cress salad
Steak and Stilton or Steak and Ale, locally farmed pie, with creamy mash and French beans, don't forget the onion gravy!!
Vegetable lasagne with garlic croutons and salad
Chicken breast, treated to a goats cheese and sun dried tomato centre, on a bed of rocket and watercress, with balsamic dressing.
Sirloin steak, portabello mushroom and red wine jus, on a rosti bed.
